Creating new business opportunities for the technology industry in Japan and Eastern Europe
Together with engineers from Eastern Europe and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries, which are advanced countries in terms of information technologies, we develop digital products. Ideal candidates will have majored in mathematics, physics, or information science at university or equivalent schools or will have extensive IT knowledge, along with native-level Russian and English language skills (the latter for reading and understanding English documents). In addition, those with N1-level Japanese language skills or higher might be asked to perform sales duties in the future, but Japanese language skills are not essential. We welcome those who are interested in Japan and who want to take on the challenge of working in Japan. As we are primarily a remote workforce, we do not place restrictions on where we work, including overseas. We also provide opportunities for students to learn about our company through part-time jobs and internships while still in school. We provide consulting and software development in the field of IT in both Japan, Eastern Europe, and CIS. Specifically, through the development of web services, we are responsible for connecting Japan, Eastern Europe, and CIS countries in various ways by proposing and planning services from the customer's perspective, such as joint project management between the two regions, support for Japanese IT companies entering the Eastern Europe/CIS market, and business-matching support between Eastern Europe states companies and Japanese companies.
In recent years, the company has also focused on system development, and our in-house-developed "SAMI VIDEO PITCH" has been well received as an asynchronous communications tool used for seminar management and other purposes. The system can retrieve video messages from seminar speakers, and participants can view the videos at any time they wish, contributing to more-efficient event management and greater convenience for participants.
We will continue to work with our highly skilled IT members toward developing new business in the Japanese, Eastern Europe, and CIS markets, as well as the global market.
