(2) Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 (3) Nature and quantity of theservices tobe required : Support of improving and operating JASSOScholarship Application System, 1 set (4) Fulfillment period : By 31March, 2017 (5) Fulfillment place : as in thetender documentation (6) Qualification forparticipating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposedtender are those who shall : (A1) not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the said clause. (A2) not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting. (A3) have the Grade A, B or C interms of the qualification for Participating in tender of the"offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Singlequalification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto・Koushin'etsuarea in the fiscal year, 2016, 2017, 2018. (A4) not be currently under asuspension of business order as instructed by the President. (A5) have a privacy mark orsystem to protect individual information. (A6) have the ISMS (InformationSecurity Management System) certification or a system toprotect the information. (A7) meet the qualificationrequirements which the President may specify.
