Information on procurement by the government and incorporated administrative agencies consists of related notices, as they are, from official gazettes published by National Printing Bureau. Therefore, please take the following points into consideration before using this information.

While, in general, information on procurement by the government and incorporated administrative agencies consists of notices in Japanese as well as summaries in English, certain types of notices do not include summaries in English.

Public biddings and public offerings are subject to corrections, changes and cancellation. Notices of these corrections, changes and cancellation will be made separately from the original public notices. To ensure information is up to date, please conduct searches by type of public notice while including corrections, changes or cancellation in the search conditions.

The due date for receipt is that which is written on the relevant public notice, whether it is a bid form, invitation to submit opinions or invitation to submit documentation. If a notice is composed of multiple items, the latest date will apply in principle.

Adding the due date for receipt to the search conditions will limit search results to public offerings, requests for comments, requests for submission of materials.

Information on procurement by local governments, government-designated cities and local incorporated administrative agencies consists only of that regarding public bidding collected and released from the gazettes of the relevant institutions. Information in English has been collected from January 2016, and information in Japanese from November 2018. The database is updated every weekday.
