(4) Fulfillment period I~IV : From
1 October 2016 to 31 March 2017.
(5) Fulfillment place : Placespecified by the official in charge
of disbursement of the procuringentity.
(6) Qualification forparticipating in the tendering
procedures : Suppliers eligible orparticipating in the proposed
tender are those who shall :
(A1) Not come under Article 70 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under
Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the
said clause.
(A2) Not come under Article 71 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
(A3)I and III : Have Grade C or D
of services (ship Maintenance) interms of the qualification for
participating in tenders by inKyusyu-Okinawa area related to the
ministry of finance in the fiscalyears 2016, 2017 and 2018. (Single
qualification for every ministryand agency).
II and IV : Have Grade A, B or C
of services (ship Maintenance) interms of the qualification for
participating in tenders by inKyusyu-Okinawa area related to the
ministry of finance in the fiscalyears 2016, 2017 and 2018. (Single
qualification for every ministryand agency).
(A4) Have not received suspension
of designnated contractor status,etc. from any ministry or agency
(including person speciallyqualified by officials in charge of
disbursement of the procuringentity).
(A5) A person whose businesssituation or trustworthiness is
deemed not to have significantlydeteriorated and whose proper
performance of a contract can beguaranteed.
(7) Time-limit for tender :
