(6) Qualification forparticipating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposedtender are those who shall : 1)Not come under Article 70 of theCabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person underAssistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding acontract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. 2)Not come underArticle 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. 3)have Grade A, GradeB or Grade C in the public tender qualification category ofManufacturing, or Sales of Articles by Organizations related to theMinistry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification forevery ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2016, 2017 and 2018.4)Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. 5)Proveneither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating.6)Meet the qualification requirements which Official incharge of disbursement of the procuring entity may specify inaccordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
