| Summay of notice | 5 Summary (1) Official in charge ofdisbursement of the procuring entity : Shuji Oki, DirectorGeneral of Forestry Agency (2) Classification of the services to be procured : 14, 71, 27 (3) Nature and quantity of theservices to be required : Lease and maintenance of National ForestResources Database, 1 set (4) Fulfillment period : From thecontract day through 31 March, 2023 (5) Fulfillment place : As shownin the tender documentation and specification. (6) Qualification forparticipating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposedtender are those who shall : (A1) not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the said clause. (A2) not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting. (A3) have the Grade "A", "B" or"C" in terms of qualification "Provision of services" forparticipating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestryand Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) inthe fiscal year 2016, 2017 and 2018. (A4) meet the qualificationrequirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordancewith Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
