Summay of notice 5 Summary

tender manual.
(6) Qualification forparticipating in the tendering
procedures : Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposedtender are those who shall :
(A1) Have Grade A or B in"Manufacturing" or "Selling" in
terms of the qualification forparticipating in tenders by
Organization in the Kinki arearelated to the Ministry of Finance
(Single qualification for everyministry and agency) in the fiscal
years 2016, 2017 and 2018.
(A2) Not come under Article 70 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under
Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the
said clause.
(A3) Not come under Article 71 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
(A4) Not fall under the Corporate
Reorganization Act (Act No. 154 of
2002) or the Civil RehabilitationAct (Act No. 225 of 1999).
Furthermore, those who have filed a
petition for commencement ofreorganization proceedings or
commencement of rehabilitationproceedings shall obtain the
authorization for repossession ofthe said tendering participants
qualification after thecommencement of proceedings.
(A5) Not those who are judged tobe in appropriate as the other
party to a contract on account ofhaving violated any of the clauses
of contract and illegal or unfairact previously made with an
official in charge of any of therelevant local bureaus, or branch
bureaus, or divisions, or offices.
(A6) Have not received suspension
of designated contractor status,etc. from any ministry or agency
(including person speciallyqualified by officials incharge of
disbursement of the procuringentity).
(A7) Be a person whose businesssituation or trustworthiness is
deemed not to have significantlydeteriorated and whose proper
performance of a contract can beguaranteed.
(A8) Have registered inaccordance with article 2-2 of the
Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
(A9) Fulfill the requirementmentioned in the tender manual that
are stated from the viewpoint ofreducing CO.
(B0) Be a person who took a grant
of a tender manual.
(7) Time-limit for tender : 17 :00, 2 May, 2018.
