(A4) have Grade A, B or C on"service rendering" in the
Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms ofqualification for participating in
tenders by Ministry of Health,Labour and Welfare (Single
qualification for every ministryand agency) in the fiscal years
2016, 2017 and 2018
(A5) prove to have no falsestatement in tendering documents
(A6) prove neither the businesscondition nor credibility is
deteriorating
(A7) meet the qualificationrequirements which the Obligating
Officer may specify in accordancewith Article 73 of the Cabinet
Order
(A8) Are not being suspended from
transactions by request of theofficials in charge of contract
(7) Time-limit for tender : 17 :00 March 9, 2018
