| Summay of notice | ⑴ Person responsible for the procurement : Mr. Kajiwara Masahiro, Managing Executive Officer, NIPPON TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE WEST CORPORATION ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 23 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be Purchased Product : Office furniture Quantity : 1 set Nature : Refer to Tender Documentation ⑷ Delivery period : August 2025~November 2025 ⑸ Delivery place : 4-15-82 Higashinodamachi, Miyakojima-ku, Osaka City, NTT WEST i-CAMPUS Building A ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Any supplier may participate in this tender, with the exception however, of suppliers who fall under any of the following categories : ① suppliers adjudicated to be wholly incompetent or partially incompetent ; ② suppliers adjudicated to be bankrupt and not yet reinstated ; ③ suppliers under streamlining, negotiation, corporate reorganization, bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings ; ④ suppliers who have committed any of the following acts, with the last two years of recognition of the fact, or who employ those who have committed any of the following acts as representatives, managers or other employees of the company : ⒜ will fully or by grave negligence performed poor or faulty work in the manufacture of any product or in the performance of any service under contract with NTT West or committed any unfair act with respect to the quality and/or quantity of any product supplied there under ; ⒝ conspired with any other supplier or suppliers in application and/or conclusion and/or performance of a contract with NTT West with the intention to gain unfair profits ; ⒞ interfered with any other tenderer participating in a tender or entering into or performing a contract with NTT West ; ⒟ interfered with any NTT West employee performing their duty, or refused or failed to cooperate with any NTT West employee performing their duty, during any inspection or supervision ; ⒠ ailed or refused to enter into any contract with NTT West or to perform any contract with NTT West without a just reason ; ⒡ made any false report or misrepresentation of the final procurement ; ⒢ used tender documents for unfair purposes ; ⒣ committed any unfair act to interfere with any other supplier or supplies in competition in NTT West tenders ; ⑤ suppliers who are deemed to have gained unfair advantage in a tender competition as a result of their direct involvement in the preparation of the final procurement specifications for the tender. ⑺ Time-limit for application : Application for tender should be made by completing the prescribed application forms and submitting them by 3 : 00 p.m. August 18, 2025 (Local Time) to the address in 5⑼. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 3 : 00 p.m. August 21, 2025 (Japan Standard Time) ⑼ Contact point for the notice : a.General Affairs and Human Resources Department, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation Attn. : Mr. Nishino Katsuyuki 4-15-82 Higashinodamachi, Miyakojima-ku, Osaka City, NTT WEST i-CAMPUS 11th floor of Building A.
