| Summay of notice | Summary (1) Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity: WATANABE Osamu Superintendent, Railway Technical Center, Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency (hereinafter called JRTT) (2) Classification of the products to be procured: 26 (3) Nature and quantity of the products to be procured: Procurement of rail fastening (chemicals) as shown in the specification (4) Delivery period: As shown in the procuring goods table (5) Delivery place: As shown in the procuring goods table (6) Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall: 1) not come under Article 4 or 5 of the regulation concerning the Contracts with JRTT 2) have been qualified as possessing the qualification of "manufacturing of products or sales of products" by single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027 (The Grade and Area does not matter.). 3) not have been suspended from designation by President of JRTT or Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism 4) not be the business operators that a Gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from JRTT is continuing state concerned 5) have proven to have actually delivered More than 5,000 sets of rail fastening devices (chemicals) to JRTT, railway company or track proprietor in Japan, railway company or track proprietor in the European Union or railway company or track proprietor in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland since fiscal year 2010 (Including deliveries via trading companies or track construction companies.)
