| Summay of notice | 6 Summary (1) Classification of the products to be procured : 14 (2) Nature and quantity of theproducts to be rent : Integrated Hospital Informati on System 1 Set (3) Type of the procurement : Rent (4) Basic requirements of theprocurement : (A1) This system can be totallysupported clinical works in University Hospital. (A2) This system can be used tomanage total clinical and nursing system including electronic medical records system, order-entrysystem, reporting system, medical image system, nursing system,groupware, clinical research system, and so on. (A3) This system can be used tomanage division systems that are laboratory division, physiologicaltest division, pathology division, pharmacy division, nursingdivision, nutrition division, medical records division, bloodtransfusion division, endoscope division, rehabilitation division,and artificial dialysis division. (A4) This system can be used tohospital administration (method for charging medical examination feein medical treatment fee calculation and processing system(including support system for In-Home Long-Term care Supportprovider), credit management (patient outstandingaccount・patient claim of receipt), accounting, PDS(PhysicalDistribution System), cooperative financial accounting system, auditand MIS(Management Information System). (A5) This system should holdsecure functions combined with clinical information, physicalsystem and network. (A6) This system has to provideservices for patients such as quick registration of out patients(outpatient information), ambulant guidance and disclosure ofpatient's record. (A7) This system meets legalrequirement (including guidelines) for saving medical information. (A8) This system has paper-lessoperation system for electric medical record and other relevantdepartment system. (A9) This system can supportintegrated community care and team medicine. (B0) This system has generalsecurity system such as back-up and anti-virus to keep safety andavailability. (B1) This system should hold awireless communication facility connecting mobile computers underthe environment of existing Giga-bit network. (B2) This system has to inheritthe facility which interface the various medical devices andradiological modalities. (B3) This system has to utilizethe whole existing patient data, medical and administrative data. (B4) This system takes less than24 hours for system shutdown for the system replace. (B5) Both the new system andexisting system should work without significant disorder during thetransplanting. (B6) This system is supposed torun 24 hours and 365 days in any situation.
