(A2) It is a person who disturbed the execution of the duty as theperson and the staff who disturbed the fulfillment of the person andthe highest bidder who disturbed the execution of a person who didthe act of injustice for the compact prosecution and a faircompetition of the contract, and it is ill-founded and it person whodoesn't correspond to the person who doesn't perform a contract.
