⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ;
③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sale of products" and "Offer of services etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region, Kantou-Koushinetsu Region, Tokai-Hokuriku Region, Kinki Region, Chugoku Region, Shikoku Region and Kyushu-Okinawa Region ;
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 February 10, 2025
