⑸ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. (Imperial Ordinance No. 165 of 1947)
② Have Grade A, B or C on "Offer of service, etc" in the Kyushu/Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (The common qualification for all ministries and agencies) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
③ Not be under suspension of nomination, based on the procedure of acquisition of defense equipment services, issued by Ministry of Defense.
⑹ Period for receiving bid instruction manual, etc Period : From 19 December 2024 to 6 February 2025, excluding administrative agency holidays, 9 : 00 A.M. to 5 : 00 P.M. excluding noon to 1 : 00 P.M. However, the last day is until noon. Location : Receive data on Electronic Procurement system (Government Electronic Procurement System (GEPS) https://www.geps.go.jp/) or receive at ⑼.
⑺ Time limit for tender : Through Electronic Procurement System : By noon, 6 February 2025.
