⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers those whom eligible for participating in the proposed tender shall :
① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice
② not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Head Office, Urban Renaissance Agency
③ not be a company where organized crime groups or their members substantially influence its management or a company in a similar situation
④ have been qualified for the proposal of procurement of "Rendering of service" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procedures for Procuring Equipment of the fiscal year 2023 and 2024, in the west district, Urban Renaissance Agency.
⑤ Have been the right to engage given by the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications in services for vehicular transport of general cargo stipulated in Trucking Business Act.
⑥ Have been licensed to engage in the postal mail or correspondence delivery stipulated in Article 2⑺-1 of the Act on Correspondence Delivery by Private Business Operators.
⑦ Have proven to have a track record* of collecting and delivering documents and other materials between offices using multiple routes to be determined for Japan public or private companies in Japan after 2019.
*Contract performance period at least one year has passed including during fulfillment period
⑧ Have proven to have an enforcement system in carrying out business.
⑨ Thing that can respond to attendance inspection in Japan.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 15 January, 2025
