⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⒜not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ⒝have Grade A, B, C or D "offer of services" in the Kyushu・Okinawa district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024. In addition, at the time of the contract, the company must be qualified to participate in competitive bidding in the Kyushu/Okinawa region, rated A, B, C or D in the "sales of goods" category of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism competitive bidding qualification (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) for fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ⒞meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
