⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026.
⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Director of the General affairs.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Curatorship or person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B, C or D in the Selling in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations related to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Be a person who is deemed not to state false Facts in the qualification screening application form or attached document.
⑤ Those persons recognized as not having an extreme decline in their operating circumstances or perceived trustworthiness, and who are able to appropriately execute contracts.
⑥ For bidders subject to the following insurance system of each item, and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid ; a : Welfare annuity insurance, b : Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over), c : Seamen's insurance, d : National pension, e : Worker's compensation insurance, f : Unemployment insurance
⑦ Receiving the registration of the retail electricity company based on a rule of Clause 2 of Electricity Enterprises Law Article 2.
⑧ Those persons who fulfill the standards noted in the bid tender and specifications from the perspective of the aspects of CO reduction.
⑨ Do not receive the measures of the nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
⑩ Within the past year, you have not received administrative punishment etc due to violation of law of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
