| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masanobu Sato, Director, General Administration Department, Headquarters, Japan Fisheries Research and Education Agency ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : ①20, ②15 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Fisheries Research Vessel 1 set ② Radio device for ships 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : The place of Japan which specifies by Director, General Administration Department, Headquarters, Japan Fisheries Research and Education Agency ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 12-1 and 13 of the regulation concerning the contract for Japan Fisheries Research and Education Agency. ⑺ The qualification that is found by a Participant ① Fisheries Research Vessel a)have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of ships" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Japan Fisheries Research and Education Agency or Single National qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. b)being the person who proved that the system of after-sale service maintenance a technical standard about building of a supply article is high and has a Fisheries Research Vessel of higher than aggregate tonnage 500t, the building results of fisheries training ship, between the past 10 and to be quick is got ready. being the person who has a necessary building berth to construct a supply article again. ② Radio device for ships a)have Grade A or B "Manufacture of machinery for electricity/communication" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Japan Fisheries Research and Education Agency or Single National qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. b)being the person who proved that the system of the result (GMDSS facilities correspondence) and after-sale service maintenance and it is a person having ability of indispensability and to be quick is got ready for production of a supply article or a similar article, being the person who proved that I can deliver it to the date and time, the place where Director of General Administration Department, Fisheries Research Agency appoints a supply article again enough. ⑻ Time limit for tender : ① 16 : 00, 22 March 2024 ② 14 : 00, 22 March 2024 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Kousuke Tsuji, Vessel Management Division, General Planning and Coordination Department, Headquarters, Japan Fisheries Research and Education Agency, 2-12-4, Fukuura, Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama city, Kanagawa, 236-8648 Japan.
