| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Remote controlled endoscopic surgical system 1 set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A It composed of a surgical operation console for the surgeon to perform a surgical operation, a vision system for computer-controlled surgery by sharing images, and a surgical robot arm that docks to the patient and reflects the surgical operation. B Surgical operation console can display 3D video. C It has camera shake correction function. D It has a motion scaling function that reduces and adjusts the operator's operation to the forceps tip. E The surgical robot arm must have a boom function that can be docked to the patient regardless of direction. F Surgical operation console and surgical robot arm must have microphone and speaker for communication between surgeon and assistant. G The surgical robot arm is composed of four surgical arms, and each arm can be equipped with dedicated forceps with a diameter of 12mm or less and a dedicated end scope with a diameter of 8mm or less. H End-scope has the function on white balance and 3D calibration with automatic adjustment. I Vision system adopts touch screen monitor. J The electrosurgical device has monopolar and bipolar energy output. K The position is changed without undocking by interlocking with a dedicated operating table.
