⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who :
① not come under Article 7 and 8 of the regulation concerning the contract that NITE makes
② have Grade A, B or C (sale of product) in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NITE (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024
③ have permission to be a general gas enterprise in accordance with Article 37-7-2, paragraph 1 of the same Act, or have registered as a big gas enterprise in accordance with Article 37-9, paragraph 1 of the same Act.
