⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 June, 2024 through 31 May, 2025
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender manual.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 25 and 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer.
③ have the Grade A, B or C "sales of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2024.
④ have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑤ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑥ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify.
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 4 : 30 PM 25 January, 2024. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 23 January, 2024. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
