⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 3 of the Japan Organization for Metals and Energy Security's regulation.
② have Grade A, B or C on the category of "sale of product" in tenders laid down by Single Qualification for every ministry and agency (in fiscal year 2022 -2024).
③ A person or entity who shall have been licensed as a general electric utility industry in accordance with Article 3⑴ of the Electric Utility Industry Law, or have filed notice as a Power Producers and Suppliers in accordance with Article 16.2⑴ of this Law.
④ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender explanation that are stated from the viewpoint of Environmental consideration contract.
