| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 14 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Financial Accounting System 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase or Rent ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A The structure of the system must be based on the Accounting Standard for National University Corporation. B The structure must be equivalent to the scale, operation and form of university system. C The structure must attempt a smooth accomplishment of the accounting business and efficient management. D The computer system should be able to perform data migration from the resources (the data) which the present system possesses, and the new system also should make it possible for users to maintain the current operations. E The computer system must be equipped with input/output interfaces and data extraction/search functions to facilitate the distribution of information inside and outside the university. In particular, the system must meet the following requirements. ・The computer system must be able to link data with other systems in the same way that the current financial account system does. ・The computer system must be able to reference information inside the system using WebFOCUS, made by TIBCO Software, Inc. F The computer system must be able to implement role-based access control in order to provide appropriate information to management and executives. G The computer system must employ a web access method rather than a client/server method to improve business continuity. H The computer system must provide cost savings and improved security with minimal customization (the university's own creations). I A sure system of support must be arranged. J The safety and security of the system must be guaranteed. K The computer system must comply with the Electronic Record Retention Law. It must also be able to support electronic approval.
