Or have GradeA, B or C "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in terms ofthe qualification for participating in tenders by NICT in the fiscalyears 2016, 2017 and 2018 (c) Not be suspended fromtransaction by the request of NICT, Ministry of Internal Affairs andCommunications or all other prefectures.
