⑷ Fulfillment period : From day of contract start date through October 31, 2023.
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the bid instruction manual.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 2 and 3 of the Detailed Regulations for the Application of Accounting Regulations by Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN.
② Not come under the category of anti-social forces defined by Article 2 of the Regulations for Corresponding to Anti-Social Forces by Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN (Regulation 22, Item 37).
③ Have Grade A, B in terms of a unified qualification for all ministries and government offices for FY2022・2023 and 2024, "214 Sale of products Furniture/Fixtures". Alternatively, it must be a person who has been confirmed to have equivalent qualifications and who has been approved to participate only in this bid.

⑺ Reception period of tender form (when tendering by mail) : 5 : 00 PM July 31, 2023.
