[common] ・It must be a stable service with a implementation track record of an independent administrative agency. ・It must be a cloud service or a service operated by a service provider. Construct a system for each major function that is required. The functions that are common to each function should be unified in consideration of operability. ・The names of various items on the system must be able to use the names stipulated in the rules of the Organization. ・Acquire access records and operation records in order to monitor unauthorized access and unauthorized use. The administrator can check the usage status. ・It is easy to set worker groups.
