Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the said clause. (A2) Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting. (A3) Have Grade A, B, or C interms of the qualifications for participating in tenders of theSales of products or Manufactures of products in theKanto・Koushinetsu area related to Cabinet Office (Singlequalification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years2013, 2014 and 2015. (A4) Not be suspended fromtransaction by the request of the officials in charge of contract. (A5) A person whose businesssituation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantlydeteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can beguaranteed. (A6) Submit a document of asystem to prove their ability to supply the system concerned andmeet our requirements in order to be judged acceptable by thecontracting entity ; and provide explanations on the contents of the above document by request.
