1) The full system should becomposed of an on-campus network
system, an education system andterminals, thin client system,
cloud email system, cloud computing
center (PRCC), Microsoft softwareusage, educational IT equipment for
a computer workshop, public cloudserver operation (PBCC), wireless
LAN system, IoT network (IoTE), and
research/educational informationsystem operations.
B Requirements for the on-campusnetwork system
1) All existing communicationsswitches must be continued to be
used.
2) A replacement proceduremanual must be prepared for each
switch typeand application.
C Requirements for the educationsystem and terminals
1) Instruments are to beinstalled or replaced based on
instructions from this school.
2) The user environmentspecified by this school must be
provided.
D Requirements concerning thethin client system
1) he terminal server must usethe cloud service specified by this
school.
2) The user environmentspecified by this school must be
provided.
3) A video program must beprepared according to this school's
instructions to introduce thesystem and explain how to use it.
E Requirements concerning PRCC
1) The housing service specified
by this school must be used.

1) The current situation shallbe continued, with revision and
contractrenewal performed according

1) The user environmentspecified by this school must be
provided.
I Requirements for the wirelessLAN system
1) Instruments are to beinstalled or replaced based on
instructions from this school.

instructions to introduce thesystem and explain how to use it.
J Requirements for the IoTnetwork (IoTE)
1) An IoTE (communicationsnetwork able to directly connect to
the Internet without going through
a LAN) must be constructedaccording to the instructions of
this school.
2)The user environment specified
by this school must be provided.
K Requirements concerningconstant measurement and disclosure
of the agreed service level
1) A controlled maintenancesystem to satisfy the guaranteed
performance of the service levelrequired by this school must be
developed.
2) If the measured values of the
service level fail to satisfy theguaranteed performance, the
requests of this school must becomplied with.
L Requirements concerningre-leased items
1) Items currently in use should
be re-leased for use as specifiedby thisschool.
M Agreement requirementsconcerning voluntary conveyance
items after leasing
1) Items for which the leasecontract is completed, as specified
by this school, should beincorporated as assets of this

structure as specified by thisschool must be developed and
implemented.
2) The utilization status andresults of operations and
maintenance must be summarized andreported according to the dates and
format specified by this school.
