Inaddition, suppliers who no longer come under the following itemsafter the examination date and up to the time of the decision beingmade on the successful supplier shall not be eligible toparticipate in the open tender. (A1) The supplier does not comeunder Article 6 of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited'sregulations concerning contract procedures (Regulation No. 16 of2005). (A2) The supplier who hasexperience in business of supplying software product of Exgen networks Co., Ltd. or Open Source SolutionTechnology Co. in the last five fiscal years (A3) prove that the supplier hasmaintenance system for the procured software.
