| Summay of notice | 1)Details of Procurement ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the product to be procured : Replacement of Contact Center System 1 set ⑶ Type of procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procure-ment : ① To provide information infrastructure for the expansion of contact channels that, in keeping with the changing times, can supply the information viewers want to know, swiftly and by the most appropriate means, on a continual basis. ② To furnish a more effective and efficient system that can provide automatic, AI support functions for problem resolution, thereby reducing waiting times for inquiries and the load on communicators and enhancing the satisfaction of both viewers and communicators. ③ To channel information received from viewers for use as customer feedback. The systematic use of information so received can both serve to enhance contact center operations and contribute to improvements to work processes throughout the organization. ④ To make active use of the public cloud service and design safe, effective and efficient management and operation systems premised on the stipulations of Personal Information Protection Law with regard to the handling of personal and private information ⑤ To provide continuous protection against the latest cyber-threats. ⑥ To provide user convenience and efficiency together with appropriate security measures for response to risks, premised on the needs of data protection and the maintenance of services. ⑦ To provide energy-saving systems with regard to electric power consumption of the facilities etc. for the purposes of good environmental practice. 2)Submission of Materials and Comments ⑴ Time limit for the submission of the requested materials : 17 : 00, 13 May 2022 ⑵ Contact point for notice : NHK Business Create INC., 2-2-1 Jinnan, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-8001, Japan.
