⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
① The nurse call system master unit to be installed at each nurse station shall be available with excellent visibility and shall be operable by a touch panel
② It can be connected with existing electronic medical record systems (Fujitsu Co., Ltd.) and PHS used by PBX (NEC Co., Ltd.). It is also possible to cooperate with smartphones in the future
③ It is possible to notify the nurse call system of suddenly changed patient information in conjunction with the electrocardiogram monitor
④ It must be possible to connect to a bed leaving sensor that can grasp breathing, heartbeat, sleep status, etc
⑤ It must be possible to link with the patient fall prevention toilet sensor
⑥ It must be possible to cooperate with the patient watching camera
⑦ When calling by a nurse call, the calling patient should be clearly displayed, and the calling application (emergency calls, general calls, elimination assistance requests, dropout/disconnection lines, leaving-bed sensors, door sensers, alarms from an integrated biological patient information monitoring and recording system, etc.) should be specified
⑧ Linking information required for nursing care (patient name, department, attending nurse, etc.) with the electronic health record system
⑨ The PHS or smartphone call by nurse call should allow 8 or more concurrent calls
⑩ Indication lights placed in front of each hospital should indicate the information specified by the hospital among the patient information retrieved from the electronic medical record systems. In addition, display information can be set for each patient
⑪ The nurse call switch placed in each bed should be able to switch between multiple calling methods (button, breath, voice, bringing hands, touching tongue, etc.) by one of the patient's conditions
⑫ To record the call and operation history of a nurse call and enable data retrieval for analysis
⑬ Preventive measures such as disconnection have been taken
⑭ The maintenance system of the nurse call system should be 24 hours and 365 days
⑮ Ward closure should not be performed in the ancillary construction when the nurse call system is introduced. Work in the hospital room should be minimally required. Submit the work plan in advance and obtain the approval of the Hospital, and follow the instructions given by the Hospital
⑯ Prepare and provide the documents required for operation by this hospital such as network wiring diagram, system connection diagram, and manual (for users and administrators) of the nurse call system
⑰ The blackout-free power supply system should be placed on a server and nurse call system parent machine
⑱ Provide a mechanism that makes patienterrors and operating errors less likely to occur, taking into account medical safety
⑲ To provide a system compliant with the latest edition of the Guideline for the Safety Management of Medical Information Systems by MHLW
⑳ In the event of a failure, failure, or security problem in the Nurse Call System, promptly take action such as upgrading the Nurse Call System
㉑ Propose a reduction in work burden using a nurse call system and smartphone
