(6) Qualification forparticipating in the tendering
procedures : Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposedtender are those who shall :
(A1) Not come under Article 70 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
Furthermore, minors, Pers on underConservatorship or Person under
Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the
said clause.
(A2) Not come under Article 71 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
(A3) Have Grade "B" or above on"Manufacture of Product" or "Sale
of Product" in terms of thequalification for participating in
tenders by MIC (singlequalification for every ministry
and agency) for the purpose ofprocurement in the fiscal years
2016, 2017, and 2018.
(A4) Have permission to beageneral electric enterprise in
accordance with Article 3, Section1 of the Electricity Utilities
Industry Law, or have registered as
aspecified scale electricenterprise in accordance with
Article 16-2, Section 1 of the same
law.
(A5) Fulfill the requirementmentioned in the tender manual that
are Stated from the viewpoint ofreducing CO.
(A6) Meet the qualificationrequirements wich the Obligation
Officer may specify naccordancewith Article 73 of the Cabinet
Order.
