| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MIZUSHIMA Satoru Vice-President of Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency (JRTT) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be procured : Website and Contents Management System Maintenance. ⑷ Fulfillment period : 31 March 2023 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Depend on the tender document. ⑹ Qualifications for participation in the tendering procedures : Supplies eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; ① not come under Article 4 and Article 5 of the regulation concerning the contract for JRTT ; ② have been qualified as possessing the qualification of "④" or "⑫" in "4 provision of services" under the JRTT participation qualification for Purchase of Products in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021 or have been qualified as possessing the qualification of "provision of services" by single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year of 2019, 2020 and 2021 (The Grade 6 and Area does not matter) ; ③ not have been suspended from designation by JRTT or country ; ④ not be the business operators that a Gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from JRTT is continuing state concerned. ⑤ No capital or personal relationship between the bidders. ⑺ Time-limit to express interests by electronic bidding system : 16 : 00 10.
