| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OKANO Yukiko, Director of the Financial Affairs Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Supply of electricity, 1 set. ⑷ Delivery period : From April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021 ⑸ Delivery place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③have Grade A, B or C "sale ofproduct"intermsofthequalificationfor participating in tenders by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021 ; ④have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity) ; ⑤have registration of the retail electricity company in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ; ⑥be satisfied with the qualification requirements which Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ; ⑦be a person who took a grant of a tender document. ⑺ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 p.m. February 13, 2020. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : INOUE Katsuya, Financial Affairs Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2-2-1 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8919 Japan.
