⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall :
① not fall under article 4 of JICA contract management regulations (promulgated on 2003).
② have Grade "A", "B" or "C" in "Provision of Services" in terms of the Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
③ have a corporate status registered in accordance with laws and regulations in force in Japan.
④ have no particular problems with the financial status of the corporate body.
⑤ have established and guaranteed an appropriate system for the protection of confidential information.
⑺ Time for Tender : January 21, 2020 at 16 : 00 p.m.
