| Summay of notice | 5 Summary (1) Official in charge ofdisbursement of the procuring entity : Hideyo Hanazumi, ViceCommandant, Japan Coast Guard. (2) Classification of the products to be procured : 63, 29 (3) Nature and quantity of theproducts to be hired : SAR Area Vessel Information Service. (4) Fulfillment term Delivery term 1, April 2016 through 31, March,2017. (5) Fulfillment place Japan CoastGuard. (6) Qualifications forparticipating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposedtender are those who shall : (A1) not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the said clause ; (A2) not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting ; (A3) have Grade A to D of levelof interest in "Service" in Kanto・Koshinetsu area in the termsof the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructureand Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) inthe fiscal year, 2013・2014・2015. (A4) prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned bythemselves and by a third party, should the products requestedthrough this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenancefor the rent products. (7) Time-limit for tender : 17 :00, 10, March, 2016.
