2) have registered as aspecified-scale electric enterprise
in accordance with Article 2-2,Section 1 of the aforesaid law and
have a past record of electricsupply as a specified-scale
electric enterprise and proved bythe copy of the cover of the
contract that it has completedtheir contract period in other
organizations.
