fiscal year 2016, 2017 and 2018.have Grade A, B or C on "offer of
services etc." in Kanto-Koshin-etsu
Region in terms of thequalification for participating in
tenders by Ministry of Health,Labour and Welfare (Single
qualification for every ministryand agency) in the fiscal years of
2016, 2017 and 2018
(A4) meet the qualificationrequirements which the Obligating
Officer may specify in accordancewith Article 73 of the Cabinet
Order
