| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Perioperative extracorporeal circulation system 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A Cardiopulmonary bypass machine It should consist of a base-unit, a centrifugal pump module, several roller pump modules, and an auxiliary module (hereinafter component modules). a Base unit : It is a base unit that all modules are attached to and that can supply electric power to all modules. A battery is installed inside the base unit and can supply battery power at the period of power interruption. The display and the control unit included in the base unit are network connected with all component modules and which can control every module action remotely and alarms, status, and other information going on each module can be displayed on the screen. Displaying items, each component module's function, and allocations of pressure, temperature, air bubble, blood filled level sensors can be programmed by the base unit and the results can be stored in the base unit memory. b Centrifugal pump module : It consists of a separate pump-head part and a driving control part, and both of them can be power supplied by the base unit, and the pump module can communicate controlling and running status information with the base unit. Its operation can be controlled not only remotely by the base unit but also operated by module itself. c Roller pump modules : Their power should be supplied by the base unit, and they can communicate controlling and running status information with the base unit. Their operations can be controlled remotely by the base unit but also operated by modules themselves. d Auxiliary module : It consists of blood gas and electrolyte concentration measurement unit. It consists of an oxygen-air blending unit, blood level sensors, air bubble detectors, blood supply line pressure sensors, temperature sensors, timers, and a suction line occlusion controller. It consists of a vacuum assisted suction controller. It consists of a blood coagulation time measuring machine. e Has functions that comply with safe equipment installation standards for artificial heart-lungs that are advocated by the Japanese Society of Extra-Corporeal Technology in Medicine.
