in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2016/2017/2018.
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening.
④ have proven to have actually delivered the products concerned or to be possible to deliver the products concerned about the person who haven't actually delivered.
⑤ have proven to be possible to deliver the products concerned quickly and certainly.
⑥ not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
