⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall :
① have Grade "A" or "B" or "C" in "Provision of Services" in terms of the Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2016, 2017 and 2018.
② have done a payroll and social insurance service contract for more than 1,000 employees during past five years.
③ for those who have not applied to the above qualification : Qualification examination which is effective for this tender is available. (Details are as shown in the tendering documentation.)
