Summary of notice Summary
This construction work is a project where material submission and bidding
are conducted electronically. Those who are unable to use this service may
submit bids in writing only with the approval of the ordering party.
(1) Nature of the services to be procured:
Construction work of the new Ogaki police station building
(Target project for Gifu Prefecture CALS/EC electronic bidding system)
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
From the date of the contract through 15 February 2028
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation)
i) Online: Every day from 9:00 a.m. 15 May 2025 through 4:00 p.m. 15
July 2025 excluding weekends and national holidays (limited to the
operating hours of the electronic bidding system)
ii) CD ROM-based: Every day from 9:00 a.m. 15 May 2025 through 4:00
p.m. 15 July 2025 excluding weekends and national holidays
(4) Period for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
i) Online: Every day from 9:00 a.m. 15 May 2025 through 4:00 p.m. 12
June 2025 excluding weekends and national holidays (limited to the
operating hours of the electronic bidding system)
ii) Paper-based: Every day from 9:00 a.m. 15 May 2025 through 4:00 p.m.
12 June 2025 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
To be submitted by bringing the documents to (6) or mail.
Submissions by email or fax will not be accepted.
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 16 June 2025.
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
i) Online: The opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 11:00
a.m. on 15 July 2025.
Tenders must be submitted between 9:00 a.m. 11 July 2025 and 4:00
p.m. 14 July 2025 (limited to the operating hours of the electronic
bidding system).
ii) Paper-based: The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will
begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. on 15 July 2025 at the Meeting Room
(5F of the Gifu Prefectural Police Headquarters Building).
Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 4:00 p.m. on 14 July
2025. Submissions by email or fax will not be accepted.
