Aviation fuel (Jet A-1) (unit price contract)
Planned volume will be stated in the Tender Explanation and
Specifications.
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
From 1 April 2024 through 31 March 2025
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 5 January 2024 through 29
January 2024 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents: 5:00 p.m. 30 January 2024
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 8 February 2024
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:20 a.m. on 15 February 2024 at Meeting Room 2A (2F of the Gifu
Prefectural Police Headquarters).
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m. on 14 February
2024.)
