Summary of notice Summary
This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding are

service may submit bids in writing only with the approval of the ordering
party.

Electricity supply for Gifu Prefectural Tajimi High School and 15 other
facilities: 4,067,807 kWh (scheduled amount)
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
From 0:00, 1 April 2025 through 24:00, 31 March 2026
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 27 December 2024 through
17 January 2025 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents: 5:00 p.m., 17 January 2025
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 27 January 2025.
(5) Date, time for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
2:00 p.m. on 5 February 2025 (Notification at a later date).
(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00
p.m., 4 February 2025.)
