(1) Nature of the services to be procured:
Management of cleaning services for the Gifu Prefectural Chuno
Government Building and the Gifu Prefectural Gujo Government Building
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
From 1 April 2023 through 31 March 2026
* This is a long-term contract based on Gifu Prefectural Ordinance
Article II-2 that stipulates conditions for Gifu Prefectural long-term
contracts and is subject to cancellation if the annual expenditure
budget for subsequent fiscal years has been reduced or canceled.
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 17 February (Friday) 2023
through 24 February (Friday) 2023 (excluding weekends and national
holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m. 2 March (Thursday) 2023
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 10 March (Friday)

(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 22 March (Wednesday) 2023 at the Meeting Room 1-North
of the Gifu Prefectural Chuno Government Building.
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m. on 20 March
(Monday) 2023.)
