廃棄物の再資源化に特化した独自技術を基盤に、再生が難しいゴーストネットや海洋流出プラスチック、混合樹脂など多様な廃棄物を循環型素材へと転換する事業を展開している。水熱処理を応用した独自プロセスにより、複雑な廃棄物を安定した品質の原料へ再構成し、RAWcharとして加工した後、軽量性、耐候性、耐火性を備えた建材であるPrototilesへと仕上げる点が特長である。これらの建材は天然石材に比べ製造時の二酸化炭素排出量が低く、化学的前処理を必要としないため、環境負荷の低減に寄与する。また、100％再生プラスチックを用いたOriplasの製造も行い、熱帯木材に代わる耐久性の高い建材として建設分野での活用が進んでいる。これらの製品群を通じ、廃棄物の新たな循環利用モデルの構築、地域コミュニティの巻き込みによる分別・回収体制の強化、そして持続可能な素材供給の実現を目指している。

Based on proprietary technology for waste resource reuse, a business is being developed that converts waste such as ghost nets, marine drift plastics, and mixed resins that are difficult to recycle into circular materials. Through a unique process using hydrothermal treatment, complex waste is reconstructed into stable raw materials, processed into RAWchar, and finished into Prototiles, building materials with light weight, weather resistance, and fire resistance. These materials emit less carbon dioxide during manufacturing than natural stone and do not require chemical pretreatment, reducing environmental impact. Production of Oriplas, made from one hundred percent recycled plastic, is also carried out, and it is increasingly used in construction as a durable alternative to tropical hardwood. Through these products, the aim is to build a new model for circular waste use, strengthen sorting and collection with local communities, and achieve sustainable material supply.
