Develops a metal recovery platform capable of simultaneously extracting multiple metals such as iron, aluminum, titanium, scandium, and rare earth elements from complex waste streams and industrial byproducts in a single process. The technology adopts a hydrometallurgical process operating at low temperature and ambient pressure, characterized by using waste materials themselves as reagents. By first prioritizing the high-purity extraction of iron, it simplifies subsequent separation of alumina and rare earths, thereby streamlining what has traditionally been a complex and costly multi-step treatment process. The technology has been validated using red mud samples from multiple regions, and a laboratory-scale pilot facility with a capacity of 150 kg per day is currently under construction. By improving resource recovery efficiency and reducing costs, it contributes to the stable supply of critical minerals and the development of a circular supply chain.
