GRAC Technology Joint Stock Company is a Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) in Vietnam that provides digital infrastructure and services for EPR compliance, recyclable material traceability, and municipal waste management. The company is listed on Vietnam’s National EPR Information System as an authorized entity permitted to fulfill product and packaging recycling obligations on behalf of producers. GRAC’s operations are structured around three core business areas. Its Municipal Waste Traceability platform digitizes and manages waste generators, collection operators, contracts, service activities, source segregation, recorded weights, fee management, and operational status for local governments and waste service providers. Its EPR Platform for Recyclables Traceability monitors recyclable materials throughout the value chain, from generation to collection, aggregation, and recycling, while recording key data including source, weight, timing, transfer parties, and supporting documentation. In addition, GRAC provides comprehensive EPR fulfillment services for producers and importers, including compliance planning, collection and recycling coordination, traceability management, recycling verification, and reporting support. By linking physical waste flows with continuous digital records, the company enables collection, transfer, recycling, reconciliation, and EPR reporting to be managed through a shared infrastructure. According to the company, its platform operates in more than 270 localities, manages over one million waste sources, and traced more than 7,000 tonnes of plastic in 2025.
