Request for Cooperation with Survey on Business Operations of Foreign-affiliated Companies in Japan

As Japan's government-related organization that promotes foreign investment in Japan, JETRO is strengthening its efforts to improve the business environment in Japan under the government’s various measures such as "Action Plan for Attracting Human and Financial Resources from Overseas" which was adopted in 2023.

As part of our efforts to strengthen this initiative, we have been conducting the "Survey on Business Operations of Foreign-affiliated Companies in Japan", providing an opportunity to solicit opinions from a wide range of foreign-affiliated companies throughout Japan.

After compiling the responses, the summary will be published on JETRO’s website, while the respondent companies will be informed of the detailed survey results. In addition to further enhancing JETRO's support services, we will also use this information to make recommendations to the government and central ministries including the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Cabinet Office, to improve the business environment in Japan in the future.
