Shenzhen Shiwei Automation Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen in 2006 and is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, sales, maintenance, and modification of non standard FA equipment, automated production lines, and peripheral devices. The company provides automated equipment for a broad range of manufacturing industries, including automotive parts, electronic components, and electric vehicles, offering solutions that enhance factory efficiency and productivity, and is recognized as a National High Tech Enterprise in China. In its expansion into Japan, the company established a corporation in Aichi Prefecture with the aim of strengthening relationships with major Japanese clients in the Chubu region and building a more responsive after sales support system. Through this, the company seeks to reinforce its sales and technical support capabilities in the Japanese market, contributing to the advancement of smart factory initiatives within Japan’s manufacturing sector. The company is also actively pursuing overseas expansion, having established bases in Thailand and Mexico in 2023, and planning to set up an additional base in Indonesia. In establishing its Japanese base, the JETRO Invest Japan Business Support Center (IBSC) provided support through consultations related to company incorporation procedures—such as registration, visas, taxation, and labor matters—as well as through the use of the Nagoya IBSC facilities.
